To build your garden room, Cheshire Decking & Garden Rooms will implement a full concrete base to ensure a stable substructure. This is a service that is not included with a lot of garden room suppliers, leaving the customer to arrange this for themselves. From here, the base of the garden room is built with structural grade timber frames & steel beams above any opening over 3 m for additional peace of mind.

Each of our garden rooms are fully insulated and fitted with ventilation. By implementing rubber roofing membrane, this also ensures your garden room is weather resistant to face even the toughest weather elements. If required as part of your specifications.

For your additional peace of mind, we undertake all the landscaping required to complete or complement our garden room and decking designs including brick walls, rendered walls, patios, pathways, water features, fencing, planting, turfing and lighting.
